Thank You

I wanted to give a shout out and big thank you to the people who stepped up and supported Wade's Wings. This charity is very important to me and my family, and seeing the support that was given was inspiring.

This little boy's memory needed our help and many of you answered the call. Friend's like Robb Wolf, author of the NY Times Best Seller, Paleolithic Solution, and Mark Sission from Mark's Daily Apple were among the earliest contributors.

Our biggest contribution came from Mitchell and Jenna Young who contributed a total of $620. Thank you.

And as a token of our gratitude to those who donated at least $30 by Oct 20th, we are sending you a limited edition Wade's Army shirt, designed by CrossFit Football's head

*We set the cut off as Oct 20th for the shirts, so we could make sure those who donated received the shirt by Nov 12th. Feel free to keep donating for the cause until Nov 12th.

So now you have a John Welbourn original design with the new and very cool Power Athlete logo created by our good friend from across the pond, Harry.

Not only is this a limited edition shirt but it also entitles the owner my  gratitude and free drop in anytime to train at CrossFit Football HQ.

And if you happen to attend a CFFB seminar or run into me in a social setting and you are wearing the shirt...a round of drinks on me.

*Remember the Wade WOD will be programmed on 11/12/12 on the CrossFit Football main page. Please do the workout, take pictures and/or videos and post them on Facebook or Twitter and send them to to be used as main page content. I would love to have 30 days of pictures of people training in the their Wade's Army shirt.

Thanks again.

John, props on the shirt design. Since the CFFB nation prides itself on straight (yet respectful) honesty, I have to admit that my expectations weren’t very high. Glad to be proven wrong.

Probably a dumb question, but are you going to make those shirts available for purchase at any time? Just saw the post and its too late to get it!

I donated to Wade’s Army, never received a shirt. If there is any please send on. I want to rep it to help out

    • You are a few months late. The shirts were mailed out in late October. Email store at crossfitfootball dot com if you think you should received a shirt and did not.
